Share the Love...with a Tour
Learn more about Graeter’s by taking a tour of our pro-
duction facility at our Bethel Road location in Columbus.
You will be guided through the factory by an experienced
tour leader who can answer your questions. You’ll enjoy an
informative video and see our unique French Pot process that
makes only two gallons of ice cream at a time.
The tour lasts about 20 minutes and it is appropriate for all ages.
Tours can be scheduled on any week day when we are making ice
cream (minimum 10 people). Self-guided tours are avilable anytime.
There is no charge for the tour, only for whatever ice cream you buy!
