Below is a list of frequently asked questions that many of our customers have about Sweet Rewards. If you cannot find the answer to your question please do not hesitate to ask us using the

Q. “Why should I register my Graeter’s Sweet Rewards Card?”
A. Three great reasons:
- Register your card and you will receive 10 bonus points on your next transaction.
- We can look up your account on our registers so even if you forget your card, you can earn points.
- Registered card members will be the first to find out about new Graeter’s products and specials.
Q. “I had 95 points and earned 20 more so I should have 115 points but my card only shows 15 points. Where did my points go?”
A. Once you reach 100 points, a certificate automatically prints at the register and 100 points are subtracted from your account. You can redeem your certificate for $5 off your next visit or other fun items.
Q. “How will I know which menu items are worth bonus and double points?”
A. All bonus and double point menu items will be identified in the store. If you are unsure, please ask a team member. The cash register will automatically add bonus and double points to your card upon purchase.
Q. “Can I get points credited if I forget my card?”
A. Yes! If your card is registered, we can look it up on our system at the time of purchase.
Q. “I have two Sweet Rewards cards. Can I combine them?”
A. Yes! If your primary card is registered, your neighborhood store manager can combine cards.
Q. “I am buying Graeter’s® products/items for both my friend and me and we each have a card. Can points from one transaction be placed on more than one account?”
A. Our system will not allow us to award points to multiple cards on the same transaction. The only way for both cards to get points is to pay for the items separately.
Q. “Can I put money on my Sweet Rewards card and use it like a gift card?”
A. Sweet Rewards cards are customer loyalty cards only and are not setup for money to be added to them. We do have gift cards available. Please see your neighborhood store for more information on Graeter’s gift cards.
Q. “Why can’t I get credit for online purchases at graeters.com or for Graeter’s items at the grocery store?”
A. The only way for us to track the points is through our cash registers at participating Graeter’s retail locations.
